Her therapeutic approach integrates a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Psychodynamic Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Art Therapy.
She has extensive experience working with individuals as young as five years old, as well as adolescents and adults facing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), mood disorders, personality disorders, and neurodivergent conditions. She also specializes in supporting individuals navigating substance use disorders and members of the LGBTQ+ community, providing affirming and inclusive care.
