Regina is a Licensed Associate Counselor with the state of Arizona and will soon be independently licensed. She has worked with a variety of populations over the years, including children aged 5 and above and adults aged 18 and older. Her experience spans multiple roles, such as working with children and families in the foster system, serving as an ABA behavior technician, transitioning to a behavior coach, and ultimately becoming a therapist, which has been her professional goal.
In sessions, Regina tailors her approach to each client’s preferred learning style and respects individual needs and boundaries. She believes that clients know themselves best. She enjoys incorporating mindfulness techniques and exploring how the mind and body work together. Regina specializes in anxiety, among other client needs, and often uses inner child work. She also provides more structured approaches, including CBT and DBT, recognizing that abstract methods are not a fit for everyone.
Regina looks forward to meeting clients and supporting them in achieving their therapy goals.
