A world directed toward the neuro-normative can be a place of uncertainty and ambiguity, but Dylan is committed to walking alongside clients on their path toward their goals. As a mental health counselor, he is passionate about helping people gain a deeper understanding of their thoughts, worldviews, and their place in the world. Developing insight and self-awareness can create space for greater self-compassion, healing, and a more authentic way of living.
Dylan’s approach to counseling is rooted in curiosity, empathy, and collaboration. He believes that therapy is not only a place for support but also a space for learning about oneself, the patterns experienced, and the processes that shape mental health. In sessions, he works with clients to explore the “why” behind their struggles, identify their strengths, and develop tools that fit their unique needs. His goal is to help each person feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward the life they want.
As a holistic, person-centered counselor, Dylan ensures that clients’ thoughts, feelings, and perspectives are valued and carefully considered in the work they do together. He draws from CBT, ACT, ERP, and solution-focused therapies to tailor treatment to individual needs. His focus areas include stress management, neurodiversity, anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, personality disorders, and life transitions.
