Lea brings over 15 years of dedicated experience in working with women in early recovery, specializing in trauma and crisis therapy and perinatal mood disorders. She is a firm believer in the power of connection and adopts a collaborative approach with her patients, fostering a safe and supportive environment where individuals can be their true selves.

Lea employs an integrated treatment modality that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and existential approaches such as Logotherapy to address a range of challenges, including trauma, low self-worth, suicidality, mood disorders, and substance abuse.
