Justin Mickey is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He graduated from Arizona State University and completed his undergraduate studies at Chamberlain College of Nursing after completing a hospital-based nursing program at Aultman Hospital School of Nursing.
Justin has 18 years of experience in mental health, 13 of those years as a practitioner. He has provided care to individuals in both inpatient and outpatient settings. He has significant experience working with those with serious mental illness as well as the general mental health population. He brings a compassionate and common-sense approach to working with individuals with all types of disorders including depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, anxiety, dementia, autism, substance abuse disorders, PTSD, psychotic disorders, mood disorders, and more.
He has experience helping people across the lifespan and believes everyone deserves access to judgment-free care regardless of gender, sexuality, race, or identity. He has experience with forensic populations and those with substance issues and welcomes you no matter where you are on life’s journey.
