Director of Mental Health Services

Dr. Ashley Kirby is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in crisis management and first responder psychology. She treats a wide spectrum of mental health issues, including depression, suicidality, psychosis, and anxiety. Dr. Kirby also provides clinical supervision and oversight to Alium’s mental health clinicians.

Her therapeutic approaches encompass Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and functional behavioral analysis.

Outside of her professional work, she enjoys camping, particularly hiking, stargazing, and cooking over an open fire.

 

Dr. Kirby is currently accepting new patients, focusing exclusively on first responders.
