Danielle

Danielle is a nationally certified, licensed associate counselor with a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Northern Arizona University. She has years of experience working in behavioral health case management. Danielle is passionate about understanding and respecting each client’s unique worldview and strives to empower clients through increased self-awareness and insight into present challenges.

She aims to create a safe, authentic, and nurturing environment where clients feel understood and inspired to pursue their personal growth and healing.

Danielle uses a person-centered approach, skillfully integrating principles and evidence-based practices from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Psychodynamic Therapy (PDT), among other modalities, to support each individual’s needs. She treats an array of mental health problems including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, women’s issues, trauma, identity exploration, and life transitions.

Outside of her professional life, Danielle enjoys the visual arts such as painting and photography, being with her family and pets, and spending quality time with friends.
